Challenge: Client was challenged with scaling current campaigns without losing performance. Low campaign efficiency impacted the ability to establish further benchmarks and achieve acquisition goals.
Solution: Scaled campaigns by segmentation, improving ad relevance to landing pages and expanding features to ad units. Also improved landing pages with relevant content to improve ad scores.
Results: Achieved in decreasing cost-per-click to branded campaigns by over 94% within a two month period. Increased click-through-rate from 28% to 40%, over a 42% increase in performance. Branded campaigns secured a 100% share of voice while over-achieving budget goals. Although we did not have access to sales figures, organization did confirm a sudden increase in ROI from paid search.
